By using a theme from lda creation, you agree to the following License Agreement :

• Our themes, style sheets, and images may not be sold, distributed, or added to any way.
  
• They may not be offered for download.
  
• Each theme must be used as supplied for its original intended purpose. This simply means you may not select images or code from the theme or style sheets to add to another application without the own author's permission.
  
• You may not modify, translate, or create derivative works based on without the own author's permission.
  
• Download a theme does not constitute ownership and does not give you the right to the graphics outside of the intended purpose. Graphic copyright remains with the original designer. The term "graphic" applies to all theme and template images such as header, buttons, icons, images, etc ..

You cannot be unaware of this license without the expressed written consent of the theme's author.
A consent for one theme not allowed to use it for all theme, this same for a same author.


lda creation reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice.
